There has been always a tight relationship between art and technology. From the times of Leonardo D'Vinci, we can see how abstract ideas that can be expressed on a canvas, might be also physically implemented as a technology advance. There was a point in time, where these studies took the way of the specification and technology generalists stopped digging into their abstract thoughts. No long ago, aesthetic studies seemed to be the main goal of an art-peace. Nevertheless, current interdisciplinary tendencies have led to the reunion of art and technology.
As it is the case with this website, were I will try to get art and technology, and more specifically engineering, together. I am far to be an art expert, but only an engineer who is enthusiastic of the fusion of both disciplines.
